  • Homeowner Associations can be difficult to manage, unfortunately. There are entire sets of problems that are unique to this industry because of the need to enforce rules and by-laws in a covenant community. This is no small task and should not be taken on lightly. Often a Homeowner Association unwisely chooses to take on the task themselves or entrust it to someone with little experience, but they almost always come to regret this decision. This is why many of these associations are turning to companies like Association Management Group.

Association Management Group was founded in 1984 and is a nationally accredited, professional property and condominium management firm based out of South Carolina and North Carolina. Association Management Group is composed of five independent companies. These companies are responsible for the successful management of more than three-hundred condominiums, townhomes, and planned unit developments. They manage these properties effectively from their offices in Greenville/Spartanburg in South Carolina and Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Raleigh, Asheville, and Charlotte, in North Carolina. The philosophy at Association Management Group is simple, but effective, "Provide superior performance at a competitive price."

The specific programs that are utilized by Association Management Group have been developed to avoid many of the problems that are so common to this field, assist directors with achieving their goals, and providing rapid responses when there is a problem. This helps to decrease costs while increasing member satisfaction, both of which are essential to the success of Association Management Group.
